BOLOUR Associates Inc. has successfully obtained entitlements for a new six-story rental apartment building located at 1330 W. Sunset Blvd in the vibrant Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles. The prime location, situated at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Vin Scully Avenue, offers convenient access to Dodger Stadium.
Upon completion, this development will feature 86 modern studio, one- and two-bedroom units with top-notch amenities such as a fitness center, open-air courtyard, rooftop deck with seating areas and barbeques, as well as grade-level and subterranean parking.
