The West Side Square Development Fund has secured a loan agreement of $169.3 million through its nominee entity, Avenir West Side Square LLC, with BPT WSS FUNDING LLC, LEXINGTON EV MARION LLC, LEXINGTON SI3 MARION LLC, and BPSJ MARION LLC as lenders. Acting as the administrative agent for the lenders is BPT WSS FUNDING LLC. The loan will mature on June 30th 2027 with options for two six-month extensions subject to meeting specific conditions.
