Hunter Hotel Advisors successfully facilitated the sale of three hotels in metro Atlanta for Ashford Hospitality Trust. The Hampton Inn Lawrenceville was acquired by Baywood Hotels, while Pulse Hotel Group acquired the Fairfield Inn & Suites and SpringHill Suites Atlanta Kennesaw.
The 85-key Hampton Inn Lawrenceville is situated just north of Atlanta near major transportation routes and industrial hubs such as Publix, McKesson, and Amazon. It also benefits from its proximity to Northside Hospital Gwinnett which is currently undergoing a $400-million expansion set to be completed in 2025.
Located less than a mile apart, the 86-key Fairfield Inn & Suites and 90-key SpringHill Suites are both popular among various types of travelers due to their convenient location near Kennesaw State University. David Perrin from Hunter represented the seller during these transactions.
