Senior Managing Director Dominic Carbonari and Executive Vice President Kate Coxworth from JLL expertly handled the sale and are currently overseeing the leasing process for this facility. With its prime location and top-notch features such as a two-year-old Class A warehouse with a clear height of 24 feet and ample trailer parking spaces (over 80), this property was an ideal investment for Link Logistics.
