CBRE recently facilitated a 12,827-square-foot lease for Life Link III, a nonprofit medical air transportation company. The new location at Shoreview Business Campus in Shoreview, Minnesota was secured in March of 2024.
Managed by leading alternative asset management firm RMR Group (RMR), the property was leased through negotiations led by CBRE’s John Ryden, Jerry Driessen and Maxx Schindel on behalf of RMR.
Shoreview Business Campus is situated at 4186 Lexington Ave. N., conveniently located near Highway 10 and interstates 35W and 694. Currently boasting a high occupancy rate of over ninety percent, the property also houses three other medical office tenants: Allina Medical Clinic, Allina Health Urgent Care and Courage Kenny Sports & Physical Therapy.
According to Ryden from CBRE: “We have been representing this building for fifteen years now.” He added that due to its prime corporate campus location near Boston Scientific and Land O’Lakes as well as easy access to major metro highways has resulted in consistent full occupancy rates throughout most of its history.
