Monmouth Conservation Foundation (MCF) has appointed Steven Denholtz and Dan Dirscherl as trustees. Both bring valuable business acumen to MCF’s efforts in preserving land in Monmouth County. Recent accomplishments include the preservation of 255 acres and receiving a $500,000 EPA grant for a waterfront park.

GTIS Partners LP has named Sharon Liss as managing director for its U.S. Capital Markets team. With over 17 years of experience, Liss will lead institutional fundraising and manage investor relationships for GTIS’ residential, industrial, and real estate debt strategies.
