Cushman & Wakefield has successfully arranged a 15,158-square-foot lease for Grata Inc., a software company, at 1410 Broadway. The entire second floor of the building will be occupied by Grata Inc. David Hoffman and Sam Hoffman from Cushman & Wakefield represented the company while Colliers’ Richard Doolittle, Michael Joseph, John Howard, and Taylor Bell represented L.H. Charney Associates – the landlord.

According to David Hoffman: “This deal showcases the high demand for office space in the technology industry as founders recognize the value of face-to-face collaboration and fostering a strong company culture.” He further added that 1410 Broadway’s recent renovations worth $20 million along with its central location made it an ideal choice for Grata Inc.

The building is conveniently located near Bryant Park and has recently undergone significant upgrades including a new lobby area, renovated common corridors and restrooms throughout as well as installation of destination dispatch elevator system. This transaction was originally reported on Connect CRE website.
