Dollar Tree, a popular discount retail store, is expanding its presence in Howell, NJ with a new 15,000-square-foot location at Aldrich Plaza. This shopping center spans over 128,000 square feet and is situated on Route 9. The commitment to this space was secured by Levin Management Corporation (LMC) and will see Dollar Tree occupying half of the former Bed Bath & Beyond unit. LMC’s E.J. Moawad and R.J Brunelli & Co.’s Danielle Brunelli were responsible for arranging this deal.

Aldrich Plaza boasts an impressive lineup of tenants including Walgreens as the anchor store along with Retro Fitness, My Salon Suite, Norman’s Hallmark,Salon Centric AT&T,and upcoming openings such as Nothing Bundt Cakes,Big City Bagels & Salads,and Bubbakoo’s Burritos.LMC continues to market the remaining space which includes two additional units totaling up to 15 ,400 square feet from the former Bed Bath&Beyond unit.

According to Moawad,”Discount retail has emerged as one of the strongest sub-sectors in today’s industry.” He further adds that Dollar Tree has successfully diversified its product offerings over recent years,making it a go-to destination for budget-conscious shoppers.This latest addition at Aldrich Plaza reinforces their position in this market segment.The post also mentions that LMC will not be mentioning any specific brand names like Connect or Connect CRE or Connect LA while marketing these spaces.
