The lease was facilitated by Matthew Curran and Andrew Meeder from MacKenzie Commercial Real Estate Services. EquipmentShare offers comprehensive solutions for the construction industry such as equipment rentals, telematic devices,and fleet management tools.
The newly leased facility boasts impressive features including high ceilings ranging from 18-20 feet tall,a drive-in bay area with four bays,and a drive-through loading dock.Additionally,the property includes office space,warehouse facilities,servicing areas,and an outdoor storage section to accommodate equipment needs.Bay Street Capital recently acquired this prime location which provides convenient access to MD Routes 32and170.
