Staci Group, a global provider of multichannel fulfillment services, has recently signed a lease for 285,362 square feet of industrial space at 10 Sigle Lane in Dayton, NJ. This strategic move will streamline Staci’s operations by consolidating multiple locations into one facility owned by Heller Industrial Parks Inc. The lease negotiations were facilitated by CBRE’s team consisting of Chad Hillyer, Kevin Dudley, Nicholas Klacik and Kate Granahan.
According to Hillyer: “As one of the world’s leading logistics and distribution providers, Staci required additional industrial space to meet the growing demands from their clients. The newly developed property offers an ideal location and an economical solution for the tenant to efficiently serve their clients out of a top-notch Class A facility located in Dayton.”
