Woodfield Breaks Ground on $101M FW Project - Latest Updates and Developments

Woodfield Development has officially begun construction on Northwest Village, a luxurious residential community located in the northern region of Fort Worth. In June 2024, Woodfield successfully acquired the property situated at the intersection of Roaring River Road and State Highway 114. The first phase of apartments is expected to be completed by Q1 2026. OHT Partners will serve as general contractor for this project while Corgan will provide architectural services.

Northwest Village boasts two buildings (a five-story and four-story structure) with a total of 455 high-end apartments featuring structured parking. These units consist of studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom layouts with monthly rents ranging from $1,400 to $2,995 per month. Additionally, there are also four two-story townhomes and one three-story townhome available for rent starting at $3,300 per month.

Residents can enjoy an array of amenities such as a spacious coworking space equipped with private conference rooms and individual offices; state-of-the-art fitness center; expansive sky lounge spanning across two levels; game room complete with golf simulator and indoor putting green; outdoor pools; as well as multiple outdoor lounge areas.

This groundbreaking development is set to redefine luxury living in Fort Worth’s northern district without compromising convenience or quality.
