This nine-figure loan replaces the previous $85 million acquisition loan originated in 2022. The property offers 50 private residences across 10 stories and is expected to be completed in 2026.
Berkadia South Florida facilitated the financing deal led by Scott Wadler, Michael Basinski, Patrick Johnson,Mitch Sinberg,and Brad Williamson along with Matthew Robbins.The penthouses of this exclusive property have already been sold for a combined total of $150 million earlier this year while the remaining inventory is targeting prices above $4,000 per square foot. The average size of these residences is around4 ,817 square feet.
