Gindi Equities has recently acquired the Osgood Townsite Apartments, a multifamily community in Fargo, North Dakota. This strategic purchase marks Gindi’s expansion into the thriving Fargo market and adds to their growing portfolio of high-quality residential properties across the country.
The firm plans to invest in a comprehensive renovation program for this Class-B property. The upgrades will include modernized kitchens and bathrooms, as well as improved building exteriors and grounds. Additionally, Gindi will incorporate sustainable features and energy-efficient fixtures to increase efficiency while reducing utility costs. Property Resources Group will continue managing and servicing the asset.
With this latest acquisition, Gindi’s multifamily portfolio now exceeds $250 million in value with over 2,000 units throughout the United States. Built in 2004 at 4901 44th Avenue South, Osgood offers a range of one to three-bedroom apartments totaling 243 units.
