Book a Room at Tempe's Biggest, Newest Hotel Now!

Tempe’s newest and largest hotel opened its doors to guests over the weekend. The 330-room Omni Tempe Hotel at Arizona State University is now accepting bookings, featuring 11 suites and 36,000 square feet of meeting space. The project cost a total of $125 million to build.

The hotel is owned by Omni Hotels & Resorts but was built on land owned by the Arizona Board of Regents next to ASU campus. As such, it will likely be the university’s biggest customer with conference rooms and guestrooms filled for various athletic events or academic activities hosted there.

The ground floor ballroom has been named Sun Devil Ballroom while display cases outside showcase school-related artifacts and memorabilia that are rotated regularly by ASU staff members. According to Phoenix Business Journal reports, a massive board room in this hotel has direct access into ASU’s computer system making it easier for school leaders who wish hold meetings here as well as other activities related thereto .
