Strategic Facility Partners, a non-profit organization, has recently acquired The Henry, a 23-story student housing apartment building located at 100 E. Tyler Street in downtown Tampa. The purchase price for this property was $128.1 million and the seller was Development Ventures Group.

The Henry is a newly constructed facility that offers 181 fully furnished residences with one-, two- and four-bedroom options ranging from 499 to 1,350 square feet in size. Its prime location within walking distance of the University of Tampa makes it an ideal choice for students looking for convenient living arrangements. In addition to its spacious apartments, The Henry also boasts top-notch amenities such as a rooftop pool with TVs and grills, an outdoor game area on the rooftop deck, fitness center access and more.

As part of their mission to support educational institutions through real estate investments, SFP utilizes tax-exempt bonds to fund projects like this one while also giving back any excess cash flow through scholarships or contributions to general funds or residential facilities investments on an annual basis.
