A former CVS pharmacy location in Lincoln Park, Chicago is undergoing redevelopment to make way for luxury condos priced at $2-3 million. The 8,850-square-foot site at 401 W. Armitage Avenue was purchased by Barrett Homes for $4.2 million and will be designed by Bridgeport architecture firm 360 Design Studio with indoor parking included.

According to Crain’s, the seller of the property was identified as New York-based real estate investor Eric Roth and the buyer was represented by Danny Glick of @properties Christie’s International Real Estate.

The transformation of this prime location into high-end residential units highlights the demand for upscale living options in Chicago’s vibrant neighborhoods.
