Skanska USA Civil Northeast has recently leased the second floor of the Cardinal Building in Long Island City. The 20,000-square-foot space will serve as office space for this global construction and development firm.
According to Grant Greenspan, Principal of Kaufman Organization, there is a growing demand for infrastructure projects and move-in ready office spaces across Manhattan and its surrounding boroughs. This trend highlights the ongoing need for modern work environments that can cater to businesses’ evolving needs.
The landlords, Kaufman Organization and True North were represented by Greenspan while BIOC Commercial Real Estate’s Jonathan Stravitz represented Skanska USA Civil Northeast. The lease was signed at an asking rent of $42 per square foot.
