Affinius Secures $52M Financing for Murray Hill Mixed-Use Development

Affinius Capital LLC has successfully secured a $52 million loan to support the acquisition of The Knox, a premier multifamily property located in the highly sought-after Murray Hill neighborhood. This financing was provided to Four Winds Real Estate and marks another successful transaction for Affinius Capital.

The 36-story Knox boasts an impressive array of amenities including modern studios, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units with convenient in-unit washer/dryers.
