They bring a wealth of knowledge and expertise in representing office landlords and tenants downtown. With over 30 years of combined experience at top firms such as Colliers and CBRE, they have successfully negotiated more than 1,500 leases and sales totaling over three million square feet with a consideration value of $2 billion.
Their impressive client list includes prominent names like Invesco, PGIM, DWS, BlackRock,C Carlyle Group,and Goldman Sachs. Kidder Mathews has been headquartered at Two Union for nearly three decades but will be moving to a new space this summer with custom renovations to accommodate its continued growth. Dahl and Gurry will join the firm’s established team of brokers at their new headquarters located at Two Union Square.
