"New York City's Midtown South Welcomes Nuveen Subsidiary's 9K-SF Relocation"

Gresham Investment Management, a subsidiary of Nuveen Investments, has secured a new office space in the vibrant and commuter-friendly location of Midtown South. The company will be moving from 257 Park Avenue South to an elevated 9,233 square feet on the 11th floor of 19 Union Square West.

According to JLL’s Scott Vinett and Fischer Corporate Real Estate’s Chris Joyner who represented Gresham in this transaction, “19 Union Square West presented an ideal environment for tenants with its beautiful views of the park, great light and air quality as well as convenient transportation options.”

The landlord ABS Real Estate was represented by Ben Waller and James Caseley from Walford Company. They successfully leased out the entire vacant space previously occupied by IBM which spans over 27,699 square feet. In accordance with Colliers report on first quarter data for Midtown South offices in New York City during year-end March-2024; average asking rent was $80.93 per square foot.

This latest development marks another milestone achievement for Gresham Investment Management under Nuveen Investments’ umbrella within Midtown South region without any mention or reference to Connect LA or Connect Texas platforms.
