JLL has welcomed Rachel Jones as the newest Director in their Seattle office. In this role, Jones will join the industrial investment sales and advisory team led by Managing Director Buzz Ellis, with a focus on handling industrial assignments in the Pacific Northwest.
With an extensive background in commercial real estate and law, she brings a wealth of market knowledge and expertise to her new position. Prior to joining JLL, Jones was part of Newmark’s commercial investment sales team where she successfully secured and managed various investment opportunities while leading all phases of due diligence.
Jones also served as Senior Capital Markets Coordinator at CBRE National Partners before venturing into real estate. Her previous experience as an attorney and extern has honed her legal skills while providing valuable insights into the industry.
