"Welch's Relocates Headquarters to Waltham for Enhanced Operations"

Welch’s, a leading producer of fruit-based food and beverage products, has announced plans to relocate its headquarters to Waltham, Massachusetts in 2025. The move comes after more than four decades in Concord and will see the company occupying a new 60,000-square-foot office and lab space at Reservoir Place on Trapelo Road. The property is owned by BXP and the lease was brokered by Cushman & Wakefield.

According to Trevor Bynum, President and CEO of Welch’s and National Grape Cooperative: “We are currently at a pivotal point in our journey as an organization with ambitious growth goals. Relocating to this dynamic business community in Waltham will provide unparalleled opportunities for our company and employees while positioning us for success.”

The new space is being designed by SGA with management from A/E/C solutions. It will feature modern amenities, collaboration areas,and labs that meet LEED certification standards. Renovations are set to begin in Summer 2024 with the relocation planned for Spring 2025.
