Merritt Properties has successfully secured its first three leases, totaling 90,960 square feet at the newly constructed White Marsh Interchange Park in White Marsh, MD. The park is located at 10301 Philadelphia Rd and is currently undergoing Phase 1 construction. The new tenants include Restaurant Depot, Dill Dinkers and Sensi Auto.
Restaurant Depot, a renowned wholesale foodservice supplier with a national presence has committed to leasing 60,000 square feet of space. Additionally,Dill Dinkers,a leading company in the pickleball sports industry will occupy24 ,400-square-feet while Sensi Auto will lease6 ,560-square-feet of space.Merritt’s team comprising Ashley Reimer,Lauran Lindsay,and Whit Levering represented ownership during these transactions.
Phase one construction for White Marsh Interchange Park was completed by the end of May.The entire project upon completion will span across nine light industrial buildings covering an area of750 ,000 -square-feet . This marks another milestone for Merritt Properties as it continues to expand its portfolio within Maryland’s thriving commercial real estate market.
