The Summit at Renaissance Park, a 325-unit multifamily community located within the Greenspoint Mall property, is set to open soon for potential renters. Developed by the Zieben Group and situated on the southeastern portion of the mall, this four-story complex offers one to four-bedroom apartments ranging from 606 to 1,259 square feet. The monthly rent varies based on income and ranges from $480 to $1,537.
According to reports from Houston Business Journal, funding for this $87 million development was provided by the city of Houston through a subsidy of $14.9 million as part of their Hurricane Harvey Multifamily Program. This initiative aims to provide housing options for residents in Greater Greenspoint who were displaced during Hurricane Harvey in 2017.
Residents can enjoy various amenities offered at this two-building complex including a children’s playground area, community gardens, sky lounge pool with sun deck access,a rentable community space,dog park,and fitness center with yoga studio facilities.
The project was designed by Austin-based Forge Craft and is expected be completed before year-end.
