Construction Begins on NJ Mixed-Use Property Inspired by Somerset Development

Inspired by Somerset Development, a real estate developer, has commenced construction on a three-story, 22-unit mixed-use multifamily development in downtown Long Branch, New Jersey. The property will feature one and two bedroom market rate apartments with private balconies as well as 800 square feet of street level retail space. Additionally the development includes an indoor parking garage with electric vehicle charging stations and a private roof deck for residents. Completion is expected by summer 2024 after being acquired from Inkwell Coffee House’s longtime owner Anthony Esposito.
