Landsea Closes on Anaheim Townhome Development Sites

Landsea Homes Corporation recently announced the closing of 44 homesites for their latest community, Mason, located in Anaheim. The sales for this new development are expected to commence later this year.

Mason will be situated at the intersection of Lincoln Avenue and Laxore Street and will feature three-story townhomes with four distinct floorplans ranging from 772 square feet to 2,007 square feet. These homes will offer options for two to four bedrooms and residents can enjoy various shared amenities such as a neighborhood park with a bar counter, picnic tables, and a lounge area.

According to Tom Baine, California division president of Landsea Homes: “We are thrilled about expanding our presence in Orange County through the addition of Mason into our portfolio of new home communities.” He further added that another Anaheim community by Landsea Homes called Nolin was sold out within two years after its launch due to high demand. It is anticipated that Mason will also receive significant interest from potential buyers.

In addition to this project in Anaheim, last month saw Landsea Homes finalizing the purchase of 500 homesites for their upcoming master-planned community known as The DC (Dublin Centre) located in Dublin. Development on this site is set to begin later this month.
