EQT Exeter Acquires Duluth Flex Park

EQT Exeter, a global real estate platform, recently acquired a portfolio of office and industrial buildings in Duluth, Georgia for $36.25 million. The four-building portfolio spans 289,921 square feet and includes three flex industrial/R&D buildings and one single-story office building.

The properties at 2405, 2425, 2450 Commerce Ave were sold by Satellite Place Property LLC and Satellite Commercial Property LLC to EQT Exeter. According to Casey Keitchen of Newmark who brokered the deal on behalf of the sellers,the new ownership plans to gradually increase the industrial finish ratio of the assets.
