IP DSC MOCO Metro Park LLC, an affiliate of Rockville-based DSC Partners LLC, is offering two office parks in Rockville, Maryland for sale. The parcels comprise nearly 19 acres and 300,000 square feet of office space across several low-rise buildings. Washington Business Journal first reported the news.
Cushman & Wakefield are marketing the properties as a multifamily and/or townhome development opportunity subject to rezoning or as an industrial and commercial site with up to 2 million square feet of commercial and industrial uses allowed under their current zoning. IP DSC MOCO Metro Park purchased the two parcels in 2019 for a combined $47.5 million.
