Affinius Capital LLC has recently provided a $58.2 million acquisition loan for a Class A industrial building in San Bernardino, California. The 340,000-square-foot property, located at 4982 Hallmark Pkwy., was acquired by Dalfen Industrial from Bixby Land Company earlier this month.
Built in 2018 and situated on approximately 15 acres of land, the rear-loading facility boasts impressive features such as clear heights of up to 32 feet, two drive-in doors and an additional47 dock high doors. It also offers ample truck courts with space for up to135 trucks and dedicated trailer parking spots for62 trailers.
