The project was developed by Transwestern Development Co., Globe Corp., and University Realty and construction began in 2021. Greystar will oversee management and leasing at the property, while MT Builders is serving as the general contractor.
According to Yardi Matrix, Bankers Trust Co. provided $35.3 million in construction financing for this seven-story building located at 651 E. Sixth St.. It offers studio, one-, and two-bedroom floorplans ranging from 352 to 930 square feet with some units featuring Murphy beds and balconies.
Residents can enjoy various amenities such as a clubhouse with a pool table and wet bar, coworking space with two conference rooms, fitness center, swimming pool with lounge area , bike storage , dog wash station ,and parking for up to139 vehicles.
