The tenant will have full control over designing the space while also benefiting from new bathrooms, flooring, and an A/C unit provided by the landlord. Representing both parties involved in this transaction with an asking rent of $36 per square foot.
In another successful deal facilitated by Dayan along with Jeffrey Zund as part of their expert services at Resolution Real Estate Partners; Ba Neul has signed a five-year lease for their woman-owned tattoo salon founded by renowned Korean artist MJ Lynch. Located at 45 West 34th Street in Midtown; this spacious location measuring up to approximately2 ,100-square-feet is set to feature multiple tattoo design styles that are sure to impress customers. While Dayan represented Ba Neul as their tenant representative; Zund acted on behalf of landlord-34th Street Commercial Properties LLC during negotiations which resulted in an asking rent rateof $45 per square foot.
