This prime location on the 441 corridor in downtown Margate offers up to fifty acres of developable land for a large-scale mixed-use project.
The selected developer will transform vacant land and government buildings into a dynamic downtown community. The bid process, outlined on Collier’s website, designates zoning for 980 residential units, 500 hotel rooms, 1.28 million square feet of retail space, 861331 square feet of office space,and309659squarefeetofindustrialspace.BidswillbeaccepteduntilAugust13th2024.
