The response to Connect Commercial Real Estate’s fourth annual Top Mortgage Brokers & Lenders Awards has been overwhelmingly positive. We are seeking to recognize the outstanding achievements of CRE debt and equity professionals in the challenging year of 2023.
Similar to our other awards programs, we value your input in identifying the lending stars of the past year. Our consideration extends to capital markets experts from real estate services firms, real estate finance advisory firms, financial institutions, insurance companies and credit unions among others. Eligible transactions include acquisition and construction loans, refinancings and recapitalizations. Our selections will be based on total dollar volume for each broker or team during 2023.
As with our other awards programs, we aim to honor winners from all regions that we cover – California; Texas; New York/Tri-State; Chicago/Midwest; Boston/New England; Washington DC.; Atlanta/Southeast: Florida/Gulf Coast: Phoenix/Southwest: Seattle/Northwest as well as those who have a national presence.
Our final decisions will be made based on 2023 dollar volume. In line with previous years’ trends where top mortgage brokers and lenders consistently excel year after year – past winners are eligible for nomination once again.
