"NAIOP NJ Gala Reveals Top Deal of the Year"

The 37th Annual Commercial Real Estate Awards Gala hosted by NAIOP New Jersey celebrated influential leaders and impactful transactions that have shaped the real estate landscape in New Jersey. The event honored Steven Denholtz, CEO of Denholtz Properties, with the Charles Klatskin Lifetime Achievement Award and recognized former NAIOP NJ CEO Michael G. McGuinness with the Industry Service Award. Additionally, Bethann Rooney from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and CSG Law received the Impact Award while Mayor Daniel J. Reiman of Carteret was presented with the Caren S. Franzini Public Partner Award.

The gala also highlighted notable deals from 2024 such as Bank of America’s lease at Newport Tower in Jersey City for Office Deal of Year, Harborside Portfolio’s $524 million sale in Jersey City for Mixed-Use Deal of Year, and Central 9 Logistics Park in Old Bridge for Industrial Deal of Year. These transactions demonstrate innovative strategies that have made significant contributions to commercial real estate sector within state.
