The property is located at 3750 West Ln and was marketed by investment associates Dominic Mazzoni and Edward J. Nelson from Marcus & Millichap’s Sacramento office on behalf of the seller – an individual/personal trust.
According to Mazzoni, the property had been on the market for almost three years with no success under a local agent’s representation. However, leveraging their team’s expertise and marketing strategies allowed them to quickly procure an offer within weeks of listing and successfully close at a satisfactory price for the seller.
Mazzoni also mentioned that this particular property had been inherited by its previous owner from his father several decades ago and has since been held among multiple family members. With the seller residing in Idaho, it made sense for them to liquidate their asset and enjoy its benefits.
