CBRE Facilitates Sale of Two Multifamily Properties in San Clemente to Private Investors for $5,545,000
CBRE recently closed the sale of two six-unit multifamily properties in San Clemente to individual private investors. The combined sale price totaled $5,545,000 and was finalized by EVP Dan Blackwell, first VP Mike O’Neill and associate Amanda Fielder who represented both the buyers and seller in both transactions.
In one transaction, Blackwell, O’Neill and Fielder worked with a repeat client investor from San Clemente as well as a seller based in San Diego County to close on a 3,535-square-foot multifamily property at 306 Cazador Ln. for $2
