"BH Properties Acquires Seattle's Pacific Place Shopping Mall"

BH Properties has expanded its Pacific Northwest portfolio with the recent purchase of Pacific Place, a 2.08-acre upscale shopping and entertainment center in downtown Seattle. The property, strategically situated between the Seattle Convention Center and Pike Place Market at 6th Avenue and Pine Street, spans over 335,000 square feet across five floors.

Currently operating at approximately 45% occupancy rate, BH Properties plans to attract local, regional and national retailers to fill the remaining space. To lead this transformation effort is Greg Sullivan – BH Properties’ new Managing Director of Retail. With its prime location within the Pike/Pine retail corridor and close proximity to Amazon BlueShift’s new Downtown Seattle office space – Pacific Place is well-positioned for success.
