Cushman & Wakefield, a leading commercial real estate firm, successfully represented ERMCO in securing a 10-year lease for their new 158,000-square-foot facility at Bristol Business Park in Wisconsin. The developer of the park, Janko Group based in Riverwoods, Illinois was also represented by Cushman & Wakefield.
The team at Cushman & Wakefield led by Sean Kropke and Keith Puritz expertly negotiated on behalf of ERMCO from Dyersburg,Tennessee while Keith Puritz along with Brett Kroner and Marc Samuels handled negotiations for Janko Group. In summer of 2024,Ermco will relocate to Building 4 within Bristol Business Park from its current location in north suburban Chicago.
According to Puritz,”Bristol Business Park is an ideal location for meeting ERMCO’s manufacturing and distribution needs.” He further added that the park offers easy access to the entire Chicagoland area as well as a highly skilled labor force. With its strategic position near Interstate-94 just minutes away from the Illinois-Wisconsin border,Bristol Business Park spans over250 acres featuring nine newly constructed industrial/distribution buildings.
