Frank D. Recine, a former executive managing director at JLL, has recently joined Accordia as a principal. With over two decades of experience in the real estate industry, Recine brings valuable expertise to the New Jersey-based company.
Throughout his career, Recine has successfully negotiated 14 million square feet and $3 billion in lease transactions. He also co-founded GTL Construction of NJ and holds a Juris Doctor degree.
Prior to his time at JLL, Recine spent 13 years at Newmark where he handled tenant representation for notable clients such as Ferrari North America, DHL, Gucci,and Yang Ming Shipping among others.
