JLL has announced the addition of Nick Dinallo as Senior Vice President to its New Jersey brokerage team. In his new role, Dinallo will spearhead revenue-generating initiatives under JLL’s One JLL platform. With over 15 years of experience in commercial real estate, Dinallo brings a wealth of expertise in construction management, project development and navigating building regulations. He joins from Terminal Construction Corporation where he held the position of Director for Development/Construction Procurement.
Dinallo’s extensive background includes managing a diverse range of projects such as schools, multi-housing developments and government campuses. At JLL, he will be responsible for leasing activities, capital markets transactions and overseeing Property Development Services (PDS) and property management.
According to Tim Greiner, Executive Managing Director and leader of the New Jersey Brokerage division at JLL: “Nick possesses an impressive skillset that is perfectly aligned with our clients’ needs.” Apart from his technical abilities in understanding complex client requirements at JLL , Dinallo also serves on the Executive Board for Meadowlands Chamber Commerce as well as on the Executive Committee for Northern New Jersey Council Boy Scouts America.
The announcement marks another significant addition to bolstering JLL’s capabilities within its highly successful brokerage division based outofNewJersey .
