Designed by Pickard Chilton and Kendall Heaton Associates, this impressive structure will feature a shared tenant-amenity space on its 12th floor with outdoor terraces boasting stunning views of the Capitol.
Spanning an entire city block, this state-of-the-art building will also include four additional stories as well as open-air terraces on every other floor. Crowell & Moring has already secured a long-term lease for approximately 199,000 square feet within the property. Leading real estate firm CBRE’s Scott Frankel along with Carroll Cavanagh,Dimitri Hajimihalis Emily Eppolito,and DJ Callahan have been appointed as exclusive leasing agents for this prestigious development.
