Gilroy Showroom Property Sells: Multiple Options for Buyer

Cushman & Wakefield recently co-brokered the sale of a commercial building in Gilroy, spanning approximately 125,597 square feet on 13.7 acres. The property, located at 7900 Arroyo Circle, is currently utilized as an indoor/outdoor showroom for recreational vehicles but offers flexibility for various commercial purposes such as retail and warehouse space.

The buyer of this versatile property was Gilroy Ventures LLC, a real estate investor who acquired it for $13.8 million with representation from Miki Correa of Cushman & Wakefield and Rick Shaffer, Marie Anderson and John Shaffer of CBRE. According to Correa,”This unique multi-functional property boasts a prime location in southern Santa Clara County/Silicon Valley.” He further added that the asset presents several investment strategies including re-tenanting or future redevelopment.

Previously owned by one of the world’s largest companies -a major global multichannel retailer brand- the building also sits adjacent to another large parcel purchased by one of the biggest data service centers in existence today.
