Flexential, a leading provider of data center and colocation services, is expanding its FlexAnywhere Platform with the development of a new facility in the Denver area. This will be their fifth data center in the region and will bring their total footprint to 759,000 square feet and 49.4 MW.
Located in Parker, CO on over 17 acres of land, this state-of-the-art facility boasts a capacity of 22.5 MW powered by CORE Electric Cooperative. With an impressive size of 249,000 square feet, it is also Flexential’s largest data center in Denver to date. This expansion brings their nationwide fleet to a total of 42 data centers.
According to Chris Downie from Flexential: “This new Denver facility is integral to our strategy as we aim to provide cutting-edge computing solutions for the city’s growing tech sector.”
The new Denver data center offers enterprise businesses access critical power resources along with regulatory-compliant facilities and low risk location for natural disasters across industries such as healthcare financial services manufacturing among others . Leasing for this facility will begin in late-2024 with an expected opening date set for early-2026.
This announcement marks another milestone achievement by Flexential as they continue expand their presence within key markets across the country.
