Kaufman Organization has successfully secured two leases totaling 16,170 square feet at 625 Broadway in SoHo. The tenants, Greenbrook and Frontify, have chosen to establish their headquarters in the prestigious 12-story building. Greenbrook, a real estate operating company, has committed to a five-year lease for an impressive 8,085 square feet on the building’s eleventh floor. Similarly, Frontify – a brand-building platform – will occupy the same amount of space on the twelfth floor with its three-year lease.
The transactions were facilitated by Kaufman Organization through representation from Greenspan and his team of experts including Elliot Warren and Jared Sternberg. Reid Longley and Joe Speck from JLL represented Frontify during negotiations. According to Greenspan: “In today’s competitive real estate market there is an increasing demand for high-quality prebuilt office spaces.” He further added that businesses are now prioritizing flexible office layouts as well as seamless transitions into customized spaces located in prime city locations.
