King Street Properties Secures Loan for Devens Industrial Building

King Street Properties has successfully secured a construction loan for the development of 75 Jackson Road, an addition to its Pathway Devens campus in Devens, Massachusetts. The new building will offer 210,000 square feet of manufacturing space and will be joining other esteemed tenants such as Electric Hydrogen, Azzur Group, and Ascend Elements. The financing for this project was provided by First Citizens Bank and Berkshire Bank.

According to Tyson Reynoso, managing director & partner at King Street Properties: “Devens has emerged as a prime location for driving economic growth in Massachusetts. Our ability to secure funding for this project is a testament to the confidence in this market’s potential and the increasing demand for GMP space within the advanced manufacturing sector.”

Construction on the new building is expected to commence soon with an estimated completion date of Q3 2025. This marks King Street Properties’ fourth advanced manufacturing facility at Pathway Devens.
