Cushman & Wakefield, a leading real estate firm, has successfully secured a $220 million financing deal for Ares Industrial Real Estate Income Trust, Inc. The loan was provided by KKR-managed insurance accounts and arranged by Cushman & Wakefield’s expert team led by Rob Rubano, John Alascio, Alex Hernandez, Brian Share, Alex Lapidus , Joe Lieske , TJ Sullivan , Ernesto Sanchez and Jason Blankfein.
The industrial portfolio consists of nine properties spanning over 2.1 million square feet in California , Florida , Illinois , Nevada and Maryland . These properties are leased to 10 top-tier tenants and offer exceptional features such as an average clear height of 31 feet with ample dock doors and office space.
