"Renovated Historic Buildings for Sale: Two Taylor Properties"

Two historic buildings in Taylor, Texas, dating back to 1888, have undergone extensive renovations and are now available for purchase. The McCrory-Timmerman and Titsworth buildings offer a combined total of 45,000 square feet of office space and restaurant space. Additionally, the buildings feature loft apartments. With an asking price of $15.8 million, these properties present a unique investment opportunity.

Judy Blundell and Mark Nibbelink dedicated ten years to renovating the structures before successfully leasing them out; currently they are at 95% occupancy rate. Partners’ Aaron Gill and Todd Mahler hold the listing for these impressive properties.

According to reports from Austin Business Journal , Taylor was once a thriving city over fifty years ago; however many changes occurred over time resulting in numerous vacant or dilapidated buildings throughout downtown area.

In recent years though there has been noticeable revitalization efforts taking place with signs that downtown is poised for resurgence – largely due to nearby multi-billion dollar Samsung chip fabrication plant’s arrival into town . As such new restaurants , breweries , bicycle shops as well as coffee houses have emerged all around town catering both factory workers along with thousands more who will be supporting its operations .
