The Klabin Company/CORFAC International recently completed two multi-year lease transactions in Carson, achieving full occupancy for the 163,988-square-foot project on behalf of Summa Properties/Watsoncenter LLC. The property, located at 1111 Watson Center Rd. in the Watson Industrial Center, is now fully leased.
In one transaction, Nova Container Freight Station expanded its Los Angeles operations by securing 51,288 square feet at Watson Center. The Klabin Company’s David Prior represented Summa Properties in this 42-month lease while Danny Williams of Newmark represented Nova.
The second transaction involved Best Services International Freight leasing 25,631 square feet for a period of 61 months. Prior also represented Summa Properties in this deal while Yasushi Shiromi and Mike Ouellette from The Klabin Company assisted Best Services as their representatives. This global logistics solutions specialist is relocating from Torrance to occupy the space.
