Realty Capital Management has applied to the town of Flower Mound for an extension of their Lakeside mixed-use community, which is already a $2 billion project. The proposed expansion would include additional restaurants, shops, luxury residences with secured parking, open spaces such as plazas and trails, a four-story office building and a high-end hotel. This request includes changes to zoning and the master plan in order to accommodate the extension. Currently boasting over 40 businesses including shops and restaurants along with various residential options totaling over 1,000 units and office space spanning 165k square feet; Realty Capital aims to further enhance Lakeside’s appeal through this expansion effort.
