With offices located in both Dallas and Los Angeles, Secure Net Lease focuses on investing in recession-resistant tenants within niche industries that have experienced fewer layoffs and store closures compared to others.
In addition to their expertise as an investment sales brokerage firm for over a decade now; Secure Net Lease is also actively involved with sale-leasebacks and M&A advisory services. This unique skill set will provide affiliates within the X Team Retail Advisors platform access to leasing opportunities as well as other tenant services for their developer or tenant clients.
